How does Good Learning Anywhere store my information?

Collected information is stored as bits and bytes by the Zoho Corporation in their California and Texas server farms (http://www.zoho.com). Zoho maintains both a physical and digital security system that restricts access even to their own employees (see items #5-#6 Zoho FAQ’s).

My microphone won’t work!

We suggest you try logging into your class 24 hours before you class and test out your computer and microphone. If it doesn’t work, call the Contact North Help Desk at 1-888-850-4628 and let them know you take classes with Good Learning Anywhere

What is the Saba technical support phone number?

1-888-850-4628 choose Option #1. Please tell them you are taking a class with Good Learning Anywhere right away. This will help them to answer your questions faster.

Once I register, how can I see my class schedule?

You will receive an email notification that will list all of your class choices.

I signed up for a class but realized I’m not going to be able to attend, what should I do?

If you can’t attend a course, you can let us know by emailing info@goodlearninganywhere.com or contact your Online Mentor as soon as possible.

What if I missed a class?

Life happens! We understand that. This is why we record all our classes. If you can’t make it to a class that you’ve signed up for, don’t worry. You can access your recorded classes by logging in like you normally do, and click on the “recordings” tab. Here is a video showing you how to access those recordings.
