Congratulations goes out to Diane Robinson for being chosen as Good Learning Anywhere’s Learner of the Month for July.
Diane registered in our Introduction to Accounting course in early summer and has been committed to learning and reaching her goals every step of the way. During her time with Good Learning Anywhere, Diane has used her excellent communication and problem solving skills to accomplish new tasks and achieve a greater understanding of Accounting in order to reach her goals. These skills, along with her dedication and determination, make Diane an inspiring learner who will achieve great things!
We asked Diane to share a little bit about her learning journey. Here is what she had to say:
How did you first hear about online learning with Good Learning Anywhere?
Did you have any struggles during your learning? If so, how did you overcome them?
I had some struggles with reading comprehension, but my mentor Nida guided me through them. She was very helpful.
What advice do you have for someone thinking about starting to improve their skills?
Just do it. It’s the best thing I ever did.
What is your greatest achievement? Or what accomplishment are you most proud of?
Knowing that I can go back to school after being out of education for 30 years.
What are your goals for the future?
To become an accountant – auditor or forensic accountant

It is really great that I was nominated and won. Thank you for that. It gives me a little more push to complete the course.
